Fungus has been spreading like wildfire over the past few weeks. So I've decided to plant some other veggies to make this farm more interesting. Here are the first seeds for some tomatoes. (Although still no chlorophyll, but better than nothing)
Today's post is about numbers (boring, but interesting):
555,000,000
That's the number of mobile phone users in China. A staggering number in fact, when you consider that that is more than the entire population of the USA (3rd most populous country in the world). In fact, China make up 20% of the total mobile phone users around the world.
For comparison, India has 250 million mobile phone users. Now that's a lot of radiation in these two countries.
3.2 Billion USD
The estimated project value of Singapore's first casino and integrated resort - The Marina Bay Sands, and scheduled to open in 2009.
After then, expect a dip in visitor numbers to Genting Highlands. Those holding Genting shares might consider selling.
15 minutes
is all it takes to borrow €300. That, is if you are living in Sweden. Simply send a text message, wait 15 minutes, and the money lands in your account. The simplicity of obtaining loans in that country is increasingly luring youth into debt.
As they say, it's best to learn from young. The Swedish system allows for youngsters to learn how to incur debt first, so they will be used to it later in life.
36492
The largest majority in the recent elections. Won by "Rocket" in Seputeh.
The majority is actually higher than the number of votes the other candidate garnered. For more election trivia, click here.
787 million
That's the average number of sperm in an average ejaculate.
Whoa! That's a lot of competition, man. Swim, swim, swim!

The number of posts we had on our blog in February 2008.
Lowest ever in the oh-so-short and uneventful history of the J-council blog.
