A Day At Shattrath City

One fine Sunday afternoon, I(Jut) decided to take a stroll around the main city in Outlands, which is called Shattrath City.

Upon logging in, the usual crowd is gathered at the bank area doing bank stuff.

Without wasting any time, I mounted on my trusted horse..or i think its a horse..its called a..talbuk i think

There is alot of people waiting at the arena masters and battleground masters as usual...pvpers../sigh

I found someone familiar, Looks like He-man and his tiger dosen't it lol

I also found Haris Pilton at a bar

Feeling bored..I decided to log in my other character which is a human paladin to play around
Performing a strip dance at the bank area.
"ooh yeah i'm bringing sexy back"
Thats all for today's trip to Outlands. Will update on future adventures in Azeroth and Outlands.

The Saturday Otaku-Dance

Yea man looks like Jukebox is on fire, If this goes well maybe we should have Jukebox and Revio's sub-section =P

Anyway, another post to counter JUKEBOX's post,

Hmmm The dance culture is very hot these days, since the "So do you think you can dance TV show" and those adapted "dancing-based" dramas.
Well those I mentioned normally go for those dances like breakdance, salsa, tango, hip-hop, etc etc.
What I have here today is a bit more Otaku-ish, but still kinda cool =P
Behold~~ The 2 most popular Anime-Dance

Hare Hare Yukai dance : The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi

Anime version:

Live version (Performed by their respective seiyuus, Aya Hirano FTW!!!!!):

I am very sure justin will be drooling over Aya Hirano when he watch this video again =X btw she is the orange miniskirt girl~ And yea they are lip-synching ~ I cannot imagine someone dancing that while singing @.@ must be damn pro to not go out of tune.

Moteke! Sera Fuku Dance : LuckyStar

Anime version:

To be honest I really liked this dance hahahahahaha XD ever since I saw this OP i actually edited it and uploaded it to my phone LOL =X Very cool =P KAGAMI and KONATA FTW!!!!

Live Version:

*
To be frank i LOL-ED at this video hahahaha*

Anyway although this post's main purpose is to push JUKEBOX's post down, i still want to share my otaku-interests with you gu(a)ys & girls

Relaxation for Saturday

The main purpose of this post is of course to push down Revio's post. =p

Here's a series of 3 short videos I came across few days ago.
Very light content about HK (Hong Kong, not Haow Kang..haha), so it should make for a relaxing viewing session, hopefully.

It's in Cantonese, but got English subs.

Title: The One Days HK
by Wong Fu Productions

Part 1 - Set Free Concept

Part 2 - Dissolve MV

Part 3 - The Spare narrative

credits to [Hong Kong Phoeey]

Hope you've enjoyed them.
Once again, I would like to emphasise, and repeat, that this post's main purpose is to push down Revio's post.. hahaha..

The logo as requested?

Well, errr due to popular demand (refer to Inferno's post)
My inspiraiton comes from the joy of pushing down Jukebox's post with lame posts.

Anyway i am quite satisfied with the result (i spend countless mins doing the stupid face), drawing with photoshop sucks (much worse than paint no kidding!!!) paint took me 1 min to do this

And took me hours to do this:

I practically have to redraw the stupid skull, coz paint quality sucked hard, and drawing the dammed skull with photoshop took me 1-2hr (inclusive of time taken to understand the feature)
Apparently my photoshop auto-updated, so it some of the stuff i am familiar with are gone and is added into somewhere else, *sigh* wasted some time on finding those functions too..
Anyway next time i will learn how to use adobe illustrator and will use that to draw instead.

P.S *sigh* sorry zheng-shan can't push your post down within 3 hours, unexpected events due to the lack of drawing feature from my photoshop T_T

Another post about Rankings - from Alexa.com

Yet another post to waste a few minutes of your day.

Quote from an unknown blogger:

"...Updating this blog with new posts for the sake of updates should be encouraged... Without updates, there will be no progress.."

Just the other day, when I was trying to log in to Friendster, I was directed to a "friendly" website with the heading Temporary Maintenance. It actually “thanked” me for visiting Friendster, and provided some “great” facts among the Friendster community. One interesting fact that caught my eye was:

Friendster is now the 14th largest website on the planet in terms of traffic

So, I set off to search the busiest websites in the world. (I like Top Ten lists.. haha.. )

Turns out Friendster is at 15th place. Wow, very updated, maintenance team.

Anyway, I’ve reproduce (and extracted) the list from Alexa.com, the web information company:

(the URLs are essentially the name of the site itself, so kinda redundant to put it there but I’ll just put it for fun.)

[Rankings are updated as at 12-10-07 - 5p.m. M’sian time]

The most popular websites in the World according to web traffic:

  1. Yahoo! - - - - - - - - - - www.yahoo.com

  9. Wikipedia - - - - - - - - - - www.wikipedia.org

Some highlights:

§ EBay is at 20th place.

§ Flickr at 29th

§ IMDB at 30th

§ Youporn.com at 50th

§ Veoh.com at 79th

--- --- --- --- --- --- ---

For Malaysia (refers to Malaysian users, not sites hosted in Malaysia) :

(URLs are not provided here as most of these sites are in the Global list. I guess we M’sians just like to follow what the world is doing. E.g. Roda Impian, Who Wants to be a Millionaire Malaysia, Malaysian Idol, etc, etc…)

The top ten are:

  1. Yahoo!
  2. Friendster (yes, Friendster, can’t believe M’sians love this so much)
  3. Google.com.my (this is probably because we are automatically-direct against our wishes to Google M’sia when we type www.google.com)
  4. YouTube
  5. Google
  6. Myspace
  7. Windows Live
  8. Microsoft Network (MSN)
  9. Blogger.com
  10. Wikipedia

Highlights (this list got more familiar names):

§ Cari Malaysia at 15th. (cari.com.my)

§ Lowyat.NET @ 22nd (lowyat.net)

§ Veoh at 23rd

§ Crunchyroll.com – 29th

§ and TM.net.my is at 57th (many ppl modem problem??)

§ D-addicts.com @ 67th (for Japanese and Korean drama fans)

§ Live Score @ 71st place

§ Youporn at 87th place.

Oh, btw, Maxis just beat Digi in the list, Maxis is @ 81st, Digi at 82nd.

Celcom is nowhere to be seen, and TM Touch (013) must be miles down the list.
